We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This role is a blend of traditional sales operations and business analyst responsibilities, designed to drive sales effectiveness, improve data accuracy, and support enablement activities. The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools, and eager to partner with sales and marketing teams to maximize results.

  • Assist in defining pipeline processes and HubSpot CRM automations.
  • Support pipeline management and forecasting processes.
  • Support development and documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Train sales team members on CRM usage, sales technology tools, and process updates.
  • Support CRM data management to ensure pipeline accuracy, completeness, and hygiene.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one pipeline reviews with each sales rep to validate and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Define requirements for Power BI sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from sales leadership.
  • Assist sales reps with lead generation, outreach, conference preparation, and presentation support.
  • Support the development and organization of sales collateral, templates, and playbooks.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align on collateral, campaigns, and other sales-related requests.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline tools and processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and enablement.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analyst, or related role (preferably in a technology or professional services environment).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to train, coach, and support a sales team.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving orientation.
