About The Position

The Sales Operation Senior Analyst role supports various operational functions for the Producer Licensing and Appointment Team. This role will be primarily responsible for routine reporting, off-boarding of producers, data management and project related support. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively works with team and management to identify and implement improvements to integrate processes and streamline workflows. Understands technical functions of various systems used in support of Producer Licensing and Appointment Operations Support additional departmental projects and improvement initiatives as requested Process producer off-boarding requests which includes terminating producer appointments and drafting communications to impacted producers Deliver timely routine and ad hoc producer data reports Maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners in order to build mutual trust and credibility Demonstrate commitment to achieving business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3+ years’ work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strength in external partner focused communications
  • Ability to successfully handle competing and changing priorities on a continual basis
  • Ability to remain flexible in an intense and dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Projects a professional attitude and demonstrate effective listening skills on a consistent basis
  • Acts independently and requires minimal direction
  • Must be assertive and a team player
  • Strong work ethic & high standards
  • Proven organizational skills and results oriented with attention to detail
  • Expertise with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
  • General Knowledge of Producer/Broker role in selling of Cigna's Products
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
