The Sales Operations Program Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the use of Microsoft Dynamics within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical, operational, and enablement skills to support users and improve operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in commercial technology, AI, and data management, and will thrive in a dynamic environment focused on advancing CRM capabilities.

  • Serve as the Business Administrator with deep partnership with IT's System Administrators.
  • Provide Help Desk support to Advantage's CRM users including troubleshooting, managing tickets, and developing reports.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows, approvals, and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize processes working with Ops team-mates and business users.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and forms tailored to business needs.
  • Manage routine changes in configuration and naming that do not require System Admin support.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Dynamics and its application at Advantage.
  • Work with training to develop end user and manager training, including onboarding new users.
  • Monitor usage and adoption of the CRM system and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Win/Loss Reporting in CRM for Branded Services.
  • Develop KPIs dashboards for executives, leaders, and managers.
  • Collaborate with Communications and IT teams to develop marketing automation capabilities.
  • Own and manage Dynamic licenses.
  • Work with all levels of the organization from CXO to front-line staff.
  • Apply emerging technologies to accelerate insights and free up capacity for higher value activities.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and requests.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • MSFT Dynamics Certification.
  • 5 years of work experience in SalesOps/RevOps as a business administrator for Dynamics.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven outcomes.
  • Good data management skills including Excel, SQL, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong written, oral, and conversational skills.
  • Interest in CPG and retailing preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Experience with other technologies in modern CRM stack.
