Martin Transport, Inc. is seeking a hands on Sales and Operations Manager with transportation supervisory experience to lead and grow our Lake Charles, LA Terminal. The ideal candidate will display strong character and integrity and will be responsible for all safety, sales, and operational aspects of the terminal in accordance with company guidelines. This position requires a multitasking leader who is able to analyze and direct the changing dynamics of a 24/7 transportation terminal. The ideal candidate must be familiar with DOT compliance and maintenance and a minimum of 5 years of transportation experience supervising Class -A CDL drivers. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. A proven record of trucking and leadership experience is required.
