About The Position
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned territory through effective leadership of independent direct seller sales representatives. This person is the direct sales leader of multiple markets and/or Leaf Home products with the goal of making homeownership easy through a seamless sales quote process. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Installation team to ensure accurate sales orders, timely product installation, customer satisfaction, and has overall accountability for sales operations including KPI performance.
