About The Position
Cricut is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically minded Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. This role supports a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives across North America and plays a key part in driving business performance through forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working across departments, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Inventory Planning. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate reporting, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting sales initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.
