The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams across our global team. The role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and skills development, while collaborating closely with the Client Services Account Team to deliver against client program and departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Sales operations, SDR or inside sales teams in B2B environments.
  • Strong operational and performance management skills.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and training sales development talent.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership – Manage SDR performance, KPIs, and delivery processes to ensure consistent execution across programs.
  • Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop SDRs, driving engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Coaching – Design and deliver enablement sessions to enhance SDR skills in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline generation in collaboration with Team Leads, CSMs and trainers.
  • Collaboration – Partner with the Client Services Account Team to align delivery with client objectives and provide performance insights.
  • Continuous Improvement – Standardize processes, tools, and reporting to scale SDR effectiveness and efficiency in collaboration with Revenue Operations Team.
