Roo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to drive the execution and optimization of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on building the systems, tools, and insights that power our Sales and Marketplace teams. You will play a critical role in improving sales productivity, enabling data-driven decision making, and ensuring operational excellence across new and existing markets. You’ll partner closely with Business Development, Marketplace, Growth, and Data teams to turn strategy into scalable execution.
