In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by driving operational efficiency and enabling effective forecasting and reporting. Your efforts will directly impact the North American market, ensuring that both channel partners and direct customers can access and benefit from innovative solutions. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll analyze sales data to uncover trends and improvements while delivering valuable insights that help shape sales strategies and enhance overall performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial skills to understand sales profitability.
  • Experience with Salesforce/Zoo or related CRM and Tableau software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Strong research and reporting skills.
  • Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
  • Employment contingent upon a successful background check and drug test.

  • Knowledge of channel distribution strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Silvus sales team to drive efficiencies and growth.
  • Support the North America Sales Vice President with forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage CRM data for accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and tactics to drive growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance and KPIs.
  • Facilitate sales forecasting and quota setting processes.
  • Implement process improvements for streamlined operations.
  • Provide training on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics.
  • Onboard new hires with necessary training.
