We are on the grow again and searching for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the success of the sales team by collaborating with Sales leadership to set sales goals, projections, processes; as well as monitoring department key performance indicators (KPIs,) maintaining sales systems and metrics, and ensuring systems and tools are maximizing sales team productivity and effectiveness. This position is eligible for the Full Remote Work Schedule for candidates residing in the State of Arkansas.
