The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for enabling Account Executives (AEs) to operate efficiently and effectively by providing training, process support, and sales operations oversight. This role focuses on reducing friction in the sales process, improving workflow consistency, and supporting overall sales performance. This position leads the development and maintenance of sales training materials, process documentation, and internal playbooks, while also supporting proposal and bid quality, contract compliance, and order processing. The Sales Operations Manager partners closely with Sales, Purchasing, Administration, and Accounting teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely execution across the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced AV/IT or similar environment.
