About The Position

Position Summary: The Sales Operations Manager will support the TruSkin sales organization by driving operational excellence, sales analytics, and sales enablement. This role will be responsible for managing key sales processes, maintaining sales materials and product documentation, and providing analytical insights that support revenue growth across retail and eCommerce channels. The position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the sales organization is equipped with accurate data, tools, and materials needed to successfully execute commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations, preferably within consumer goods, beauty, retail, or eCommerce industries.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and commercial operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing sales dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to track revenue, distribution, and product performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer performance, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.
  • Support sales forecasting and business planning processes.
  • Manage and maintain essential sales enablement materials, including:
  • Product specifications and product information sheets
  • Pricing documentation and updates
  • Sales presentations and sales decks
  • Product catalogs and customer-facing materials
  • Ensure the sales team has up-to-date and accurate resources for customer meetings and retail presentations.
  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches and innovation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare launch materials, pricing strategies, and product documentation.
  • Ensure readiness of sales tools and materials for successful product rollouts.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of retail displays, merchandising tools, and promotional materials.
  • Support retail execution strategies to maximize product visibility and sell-through.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain teams to support commercial planning and execution.
  • Act as a key operational liaison between the sales team and internal departments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Implement tools and best practices to improve sales operations and data accuracy.
  • Provide analytical support for leadership initiatives, customer proposals, and strategic planning efforts.
