Building strong relationships across various functions such as Sales, Business Development, Partner, Finance, and Marketing will be essential. The manager will lead change management initiatives aimed at process improvements and enhancing operational productivity within the NAMER SUP organization. The ultimate goal is to remove roadblocks and drive solutions that empower the sales force to effectively acquire, grow, and retain high-growth startups on AWS. The North America Startups Sales Operations team acts as a trusted advisor, providing COO-level support and thought leadership to sales leaders. This role involves high-quality decision-making based on data-driven insights and identifying critical long-term operational initiatives that are vital for the long-term health of the business.
