As a Sales Operations and Growth Lead you will support the company’s rapid growth by enabling new customer acquisition and conversion. You will build and maintain sophisticated revenue models, conduct staffing and pricing analyses, inform contract negotiations, and support key strategic business decisions. In close partnership with Reserv’s Business Development team, you will provide hands-on, tactical support and design Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and business development workflows that drive clarity and execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets, an effective communicator who can clearly present insights to stakeholders at all levels, and someone who learns quickly and continuously improves processes. You are self-motivated, proactive in identifying opportunities to make an impact, and approach work with curiosity and ownership.
