About The Position

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the company’s CRM platform, coordinating between practical internal operational use and corporate needs. Manage internal sales operations projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to completion. Facilitate sales-led events, including customer events, trade shows, open houses, and Sales Excellence initiatives. Govern and continuously improve Sales operating processes and procedures, partnering with other Kratos departments to ensure alignment across adjacent and cross-functional workflows. Provide structure, visibility, and accountability for Rep activity without taking ownership of estimating or bookings quotas. Lead structured follow-up initiatives on outstanding quotes, coordinating with Sales to progress open opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking Sales metrics and KPIs that support leadership decision-making. Exemplify Kratos CODE ORANGE principles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management or sales/operations roles, preferably in project-based, engineered-to-order manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience with documenting and standardizing business processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • CRM ownership experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including opportunity tracking, workflow design, and communication history.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams of varying perspectives to close work that is both profitable and manufacturable.
  • Experience working with Manufacturer Representatives or channel partners in a technical sales environment.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through, with a natural tendency to identify gaps, follow up, and bring work to completion.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic electrical specifications and drawings.
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of accountability while coordinating across multiple departments.
