Mercedes-Benz USA Sales Operations Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities The Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) is a highly visible cross functional role which will support and drive key Sales Operations projects and tasks, with a focus on strategic organizational design, sales effectiveness, and process mapping for optimization across Sales & Marketing. As an integral part of the Sales Ops team, the JAC will manage and execute project plans from conception through completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. They will be familiar with all key sales metrics, conduct data analyses, and perform competitor research to derive recommendations that enhance the Mercedes-Benz Retail Sales pace for both core and niche products. He or she will actively collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Finance & Controlling, Product Management, and Marketing, ensuring Mercedes-Benz maintains its position as a key player in the US automotive industry.
