About The Position

Kahuna Workforce Solutions is a leading skills and competency management platform built for complex, frontline workforces across energy, manufacturing, and healthcare. We help organizations ensure their workforce is trained, compliant, and ready to perform in high-stakes environments. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. About the Role This is not a “sit and watch” internship. You’ll work directly on real projects that impact pipeline, reporting, and go-to-market execution. If you’re interested in how sales and marketing actually run behind the scenes — this is it. You’ll gain hands-on experience in: Salesforce (CRM management + reporting) Salesloft (outbound + sales engagement) Data cleanup and process improvement Go-to-market strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior preferred) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or business operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Experience with data, analytics, or reporting

Responsibilities

  • Clean and standardize CRM data (industries, lead sources, ICP alignment)
  • Support lead routing and assignment rules (MAL → MQL → SAL → SQL)
  • Assist in building reports and dashboards for GTM performance
  • Help maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Support Salesloft cleanup (templates, cadences, tagging)
  • Help build persona-based messaging and outbound sequences
  • Assist with campaign follow-up lists and data uploads
  • Create simple one-pagers and sales enablement content
  • Document and improve sales processes
  • Support ongoing projects like pipeline tracking and deal analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements
