About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Sales Operations Intern to support the systems, reporting, and processes that help drive sales performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience learning how sales teams operate behind the scenes and how data, tools, and workflow design support revenue growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional partners to support reporting, pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, process improvement, and day-to-day coordination. You’ll gain exposure to the operational side of go-to-market work while helping the team stay organized, efficient, and informed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic analysis
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Interest in sales operations, business operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly

  • Bonus points for experience with CRM platforms, dashboards, or sales reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations activities, including data entry, reporting, and process coordination
  • Help maintain CRM records, account lists, contact data, and opportunity tracking with accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with pipeline reporting, sales dashboards, and performance tracking across key metrics
  • Support lead routing, account assignment, and sales process documentation as needed
  • Help prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations related to sales activity and business performance
  • Assist with auditing data for accuracy, identifying gaps, and helping improve reporting quality
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather and organize information that supports planning and execution
  • Conduct research and analysis related to sales trends, territory performance, customer segments, or operational opportunities
  • Help document workflows, update SOPs, and support process improvement projects
  • Assist with special projects tied to forecasting, pipeline management, reporting automation, and operational efficiency
