Work closely with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical business units. Have agility in balancing quality with rapidly evolving organizational needs while maintaining focus on measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Data Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) driving strategic business outcomes through data-driven planning, delivering actionable insights, and managing critical sales support systems to achieve revenue targets and market development goals; (2) leading analytical initiatives by creating impactful dashboards, reports, and analyses that enable rapid decision-making and optimize sales operations efficiency at scale; and (3) acting as the analytics subject matter expert, building cross-functional relationships and implementing innovative processes to identify operational improvements and support business growth.
