The Opportunity As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to lead the execution and management of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 9 years of experience
