About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) who will provide support to the Sales Managers, Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) for our KSL digital and broadcast products by managing the post-sale administrative work in an accurate and timely manner. The SOC will contribute meaningfully to the ability of the sales team to maximize selling opportunities and fulfill client expectations. Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.

Requirements

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel software
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to provide needed support to AEs and AMs.
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter.
  • Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
  • High level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assumes responsibility and accountability.
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience within sales or customer service.

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sale administrative support for station AEs and AMs with emphasis on accurate order entry and order renewal.
  • Enter sales orders accurately into sales systems.
  • Maintain order information as needed to provide background and support to AEs and AMs.
  • Provide support on sales campaign research, pre-sale presentation creation, reports and recaps.
  • Build and maintain a relationship of trust with AEs and AMs through accurate order entry and consistent support.
  • Maintain TOC accuracy and updates.
  • Maintain sales campaign statuses
  • Assist as needed with entry and tracking in promotions and sales campaigns and software.
