About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the contract process and ensuring settlements occur on time. This role involves entering all spec and model homes in HB1, resolving customer-related settlement issues, coordinating orientation and closing dates, processing documentation for settlement packages, and maintaining closing data. The coordinator will also support the sales leader with administrative tasks and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

• Knowledge of MS Office, with extensive understanding of Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Enter all spec and model homes (structural) in HB1 with direction from the GSM or Sales leader
• Resolve and maintain all customer related settlement issues; obtain 95% customer satisfaction rate
• Work with sales team to resolve sales contract/selection sheet problems in a timely manner
• Coordinate and communicate orientation and closing dates with Homebuyer, Construction, Lender and Closing Company
• Process and gather all documentation for settlement packages including termite certifications, final house surveys, use and occupancy permits and keys
• Prepare and review closing package and instructions for closing with the closing company
• Review the Closing Disclosure and closing documents for outside closing companies; work with General Counsel for necessary revisions
• Maintain all closing data (homebuyer orientations, closing dates and data) in HB1
• Work with GSM or Sales Leader on creating price release memos
• Administrative tasks for sales leader to include marketing signage, website accuracy, MRIS listings and model events as needed
• As needed, support the duties of the Neighborhood Coordinator role in the division
• Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
• Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
