G.E.H.A has one mission: To empower federal workers to be healthy and well. Serves as a Corporate Growth Consultant to lead the sales processes for prospective groups and strategic existing products. The sales process includes the development and execution of growth strategies, tactics and training. This role will assist in identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities. It will provide support for developing growth/contracting strategies, sales process development and driving superior client engagement and operational performance. A major task is to work with more senior members of the team to build rapport with senior executives across Operations, Growth, Product Development, Finance, and other key leaders determining how to provide excellent tools, reports and data analysis that provides the visibility necessary within the company to determine sales strategies on a national level.
