About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization through data analysis, Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and process improvement. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to improve pipeline visibility, maintain data accuracy, and deliver insights that drive better decision-making. This role is well-suited for someone looking to build foundational experience in Sales Operations and grow into a more strategic role over time. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn, with a strong ability to work with data and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They are proactive, analytical, and continuously look for ways to improve both business outcomes and their own skillset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting and pipeline data
  • Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
  • Exposure to territory planning or quota setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Exposure to AI tools or data-driven automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Gong and Power BI
  • Experience in SaaS or a data-driven environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Improve sales processes to increase pipeline efficiency and conversion
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline, performance, and key metrics
  • Support forecasting by ensuring clean, accurate pipeline data
  • Deliver insights and analysis to support sales leadership decision-making
  • Assist with territory alignment, account ownership, and data updates
  • Support adoption and use of sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Channel/Alliances teams
