In this role, you will collaborate with customers, as well as our Sales and Order Management teams on pre-sales processes such as reconciling sales orders in our CRM, expediting orders, creating and maintaining customer records, processing change requests, compiling sales reports, and interfacing with vendors to assist with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and Sales and Order Management teams on pre-sales processes.
  • Reconcile sales orders in CRM.
  • Expedite orders and create/maintain customer records.
  • Process change requests and compile sales reports.
  • Interface with vendors to assist with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm PST.
  • Accurate typing skills and enjoyment of data entry and repetitious administrative work.
  • Adaptable, assertive, quick-learner, and self-starter with remarkable customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, detail-oriented team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to understand products and articulate their relevance in different industries.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office (including Excel).
