Reporting to the Director of Operations. You aren't just a builder; you are a problem-solver who gathers requirements, architects solutions in Salesforce, and ensures every integration—from marketing automation to Stripe billing tools—runs seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Logic: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
  • Integration Literacy: Understanding of API connections, Managed Packages, and how data flows between disparate systems.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to map out complex business processes visually (e.g., Lucidchart or Miro).

Nice To Haves

  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator is huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with the Director of Ops to document business needs. You will translate vague stakeholder requests into crisp technical user stories and functional requirements.
  • Full-Cycle Execution & SFDC Development: Take ownership of the "build" from ideation to deployment. You will analyze requests and build/optimize solutions using Salesforce Flows, ensuring they align with our long-term architectural health.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Maintain a deep understanding of the Lead-to-Closed-Won flow. You will ensure that the handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Finance are automated and that no lead or deal "leaks" out of the funnel.
  • Revenue Operations Mastery: Apply knowledge of SaaS revenue models (ARR, MRR, Churn, and Renewals) to ensure Salesforce is capturing the data necessary for executive-level financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance (Testing): Develop comprehensive test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You are the final gatekeeper ensuring new features don't disrupt existing integrations or sales workflows.
  • Integration Management: Maintain the "plumbing" between Salesforce and our tech stack, specifically ensuring data syncs correctly with HubSpot (Marketing), Stripe (Billing), and Google Sheets (Reporting).
  • Sales Partnership & Deal Support: Act as the "boots on the ground" support for the sales team. You will help reps navigate complex deal structures to ensure technical accuracy before a contract is sent.
