As a sales operation’s specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the sales and product development team has the resources and tools to complete their tasks and meet a business's goals. This role will also encompass assisting Company President in management meetings and other duties as assigned.

  • Data reports using excel, pivot tables, etc.
  • Coordination of customer forms to gather all information needed for items and customer set up.
  • Price change forms and tracking
  • Submitting sample requests from sales and product development team
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts for day-to-day needs
  • Assist sales teams with growth opportunities such as presentations, samples, store retail checks.
  • Assist with trade shows as assigned.
  • Keep Team Net (Product Listing) and Product Guide up to date for sales and customer service team.
  • Generate Base Camp projects for sales and new item development team and track completion.
  • Familiar with food retail and food manufacturing sales
  • Familiar with Project management skills and all facets of selling, ordering, production and delivery of goods.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to represent the company to external customers and exchange information in person, in writing, by telephone, or e-mail.
  • Must have excellent skills in handling customer complaints, resolving conflicts and negotiating with others to support sales goals.
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking skills using logic and reasoning skills to identify the challenges and opportunities of alternative options.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating options and implementing the best solution.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge and skills in computers; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
