The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000 U.S. Dollars per year Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. In this position you will play a vital role oversees the Sales Operations and Analytics function for North America, driving operational excellence through strong processes, high standards, and disciplined execution. This role builds and leads a high-performing, structured team while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT to deliver accurate, timely insights that power commercial decision-making. With a focus on data integrity, scalable BI reporting, and continuous improvement, the Lead plays a critical role in enabling growth through clarity, rigor, and collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Data Management, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, and Team Leadership.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, PowerBI, Salesforce CRM systems, BI tools, SQL, Process mapping (e.g. Vizio) and sales automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Effective leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • People management and team leadership experience required.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Engaged with Sales Organizations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Industrial and/or medical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Enablement Lead and continuously improve sales processes, incentives, and enablement programs across North America, ensuring strong SOPs, effective resource allocation, and scalable tools (e.g., Salesforce, samples, fleet).
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial leaders to evaluate sales activities, support revenue growth, and deliver training on systems and dashboards.
  • Data Excellence & BI Leadership Own the strategy and execution of commercial data and BI capabilities, including POS data, master data standardization, data governance, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to design, build, and maintain accurate, relevant, and widely adopted BI reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Team, Project & People Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, global team of analysts and managers, setting high standards for quality, accountability, and execution.
  • Drive tools, systems, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring strong day-to-day operations, effective project management, and timely delivery under pressure.
