  • Evaluate, monitor, and communicate key sales metrics and insights that will empower leadership to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to highlight performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for sales training and manage weekly training schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce reporting solutions that meet various stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by conducting audits and rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Manage and optimize the data structures, hierarchies, and user permissions within the sales software ecosystem to align with the organization's workflows.
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning by providing accurate and timely data-driven insights.
  • Train and assist end-users in utilizing Salesforce reporting tools and adopting best practices for effective data management.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities, including training coordination, workflow management, tool implementation, communication, and scheduling.
  • Understand, update, and maintain the Salesforce architecture, tools, fields, and overall framework.
  • Manage incentive programs.
  • Review and analyze all contracts and supplemental sales materials.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related business area.
  • At least 3 years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, with a strong preference for those familiar with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheet applications.
