A Day in the Life: At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we're seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to contribute to commercial excellence within the Transplant Diagnostics Division. You'll contribute to optimizing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic support of our commercial teams. In this collaborative environment, you'll analyze complex data sets, manage sales compensation programs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Expert knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive plan design.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial for international roles
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Salesforce, data analytics) are a plus.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent or similar ICM systems.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare or related industries preferred.
  • Travel up to 10-15% may be required.
