Analyzes sales related reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations. Develops and maintains sales forecasts and associated performance reporting, data modeling and insight, and assists with CRM development and integration. Works closely with Sales and Sales Operations Management to identify and address issues.

Requirements

  • Experience with research-based work that requires critical thinking skills
  • Analytical person with the patience to sift through complicated sales orders and processes
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year with Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • A communicator. You know how to make connections and earn the trust of your team members and those you work with throughout the organization
  • Highly driven individual with a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the Broadridge mission
  • Go-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Strong team player

Responsibilities

  • Create Contact Lead lists for Sales Reps and Business Development Reps to call based on parameters determined by Sales Management and Sales Operations
  • Assist Marketing team with list generation for campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Manage Sales Enablement and Dialer application
  • Manage library of Support documents
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes related to your role and responsibilities
  • Review and validate existing customer and pricing data
  • Identify and correct duplicate records in Salesforce
  • Identify and correct records with missing data or incorrect data in Salesforce
  • Suggest optimization and efficiency opportunities within applications
  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
