Job Description Sales Operations Analyst Locations : New York City Get To Know The Team: As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will help sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You will be the partner of sales managers and directors in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. You are the trusted advisor of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve productivity and scale of the business.   • Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to field sales and sales management related to sales performance
  • Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, and other business functional teams
  • Analyze issues and weaknesses in sales and operations processes therefore can make recommendations to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Help sales team and sales management team prepare data for their team meetings as well as Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Partner with perspective sales leaders to plan, define and manage territory
  • Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
  • Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
  • 2-3+ years of sales operations experience
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skill
  • Sales operations experience in a software organization
  • Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience digesting and articulating complex and accurate data to sales leaders within the organization
  • Preferably experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Tableau
