Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of logistics coordination and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Process secondary market sales requests promptly, ensuring timely escalation to meet sales team needs.
• Maintain and update the Secondary Market Site to ensure accurate and current information.
• Advise revenue operations management on stock disposition and recommend actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time delivery to customers and sales teams.
• Execute day-to-day operations including order entry, SLOC management, and material variant creation.
• Evaluate opportunities for product buyback and marketplace placement to maximize revenue potential.
• Manage incoming SMS inventory in coordination with the trials team and support material reservations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline sales operations.
