About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and operational support to the sales organization to enable data-driven decision making and drive commercial effectiveness. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Units to optimize processes, implement tools, and deliver actionable insights that improve sales productivity, pricing discipline, and revenue growth. This is NOT a remote or Hybrid position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analytics, or finance.
  • Prior experience supporting a sales organization, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develops scorecards, management tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting, and insights to enable decision making and monitoring of overall business health and key initiatives.
  • Provides sales management support, pricing, elasticity modeling, sales/margin analytics, and strategic decision support.
  • Manages and support all aspects of sales and local incentive programs.
  • Contributes, along with executive staff, in the monthly close process.
  • Assists with the annual budget and rolling forecast process.
  • Provides ad hoc analytics for decision making support.
  • Provide ad hoc support as requested for department leaders.
  • Analyze pricing practices and work with sales teams to optimize price, volume, and mix strategies and tactics.
  • Serves as the functional expert on all sales programs, systems, and reports for supported divisions.
  • Produce actionable business analysis and performance measures including quantifying risks, opportunities, and communication to company leadership.
  • Leverages understanding of complex sales analyses and systems to contribute to the development and deployment of innovative approaches and capabilities that are critical to the functional and business strategy.
  • Develops practices, policies, and guidance that provide a framework for establishing contract terms and conditions.
  • Works with sales and marketing in delivering product pricing schedules, responding to requests for proposals rebates, accrual management, and other related functions.
  • Documents and trains staff on standard operating procedures.
  • Works with team members to continuously improve quality and productivity.
  • Complies with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per ISO:13485 2016 standards and the Company's Quality Management System.
  • Demonstrates success and a passion for servicing and learning new technologies.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities to processes and offers applications and solutions to promote optimal efficiency.
  • Works professionally and efficiently with all levels within the organization.
  • Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
