Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or data analysis — ideally within a B2B SaaS or supply chain-focused environment.
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis, modeling, and data visualization to turn raw numbers into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly valued.
  • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Naturally curious and proactive in identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with precision.

  • Bonus points for SQL experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Insights to build ROI models for prospects — analyzing multi-retailer data to calculate total, retailer-specific, and category-level returns on investment.
  • Support Account Executives and Sales Engineers in crafting persuasive value stories for prospects and clients, including pricing strategies, time savings, and deduction recovery potential.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support upsell opportunities and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to give leadership visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales processes, ensuring teams can move faster and smarter.
  • Proactively surface trends and insights that inform sales strategies, product positioning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Handle sensitive client and revenue data with discretion and integrity while influencing strategic decisions across teams.
