Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related fields.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel: nested formulas, Pivot tables, and complex models.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform business decisions.
  • Over 5 years' experience in Sales and Channel operations.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Being proactive, able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great communication skills in English (at least C2 Cambridge level).
  • Over 2 years' experience with CRM for sales pipeline/funnel management (SFDC, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Domestic and International air travel required (5% of the time).

Nice To Haves

  • Creating reports in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of lean and A3 process.
  • Good level of Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing complex Excel models and reports on Sales Forecast, AOP, Funnel Coverage, Funnel Add, Individual Attainment, Bookings, QTD Business Summary and other metrics.
  • In-depth data analysis to provide insights and trends.
  • Providing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc basis (Excel, Tableau).
  • Ensuring that Sales Reports on Tableau are accurate.
  • Participating in Estaff Forecast review calls, Quarterly Business Review and Yearly Annual Operating Planning.
  • Responsible for Sales Order mapping and splits in Tableau.
  • Working with the Sales Compensation team to upload any changes to Sales-Incentive-Plans.
  • Reviewing Channel Partners' data and reports for accuracy.
  • Providing support to Sales team for MS Dynamics, Tableau, Anaplan, etc.
  • Tracking and following up on actions from key meetings you support.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects associated with any of the above.
