As a Sales Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility is managing recurring metrics production and facilitating the creation and ongoing maintenance of newly identified reporting or analytical outputs. Interactions will be split between the Sales Operations and Global Sales teams. This role requires directly engaging with sellers and sales leadership to understand requirements and produce deliverables aligned with those requirements using either PowerBI, salesforce.com (SFDC), Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint. Occasional engagement with the Finance organization will be required relative to data research as well.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in sales operations or business finance roles supporting sales
  • Strong track record of converting requirements into high quality and productive deliverables
  • Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
  • Advanced proficiency in the using MS Office, SFDC and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Ensure SFDC Hygiene in collaboration with account executives and retention specialists
  • Maintain customer segmentation model accuracy in SFDC in coordination with Marketing and sales leadership
  • Preparation and maintenance of Power BI and SFDC dashboards for the sales organization
  • Reporting KPIs on weekly and monthly basis
  • Track performance of sales executives in terms of booking and funnel generation and whitespace
  • Perform all aspects of administration of the Clari forecasting tool application to ensure 100% alignment to SFDC and global budget files
  • Design and maintain data gathering input files for the retention specialists using the SFDC, the corporate data warehouse and other data repositories
  • Supporting development of organizational budget with managers for bookings and funnel generation
  • Supporting development of organizational budget with finance for expenditures of the sales organization
  • Monitoring booking and managing regular reporting of KPIs relative to performance to budget
  • Monitoring spending and keeping the organization within its set budget specifically related to travel, entertainment, salary and commission expenses
  • Strong collaboration with account executives, retention specialists, finance and sales operations counterparts
