About The Position

The QGOV Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring sales leads, participating in forecast discussions, and managing order fulfillment processes. This role involves generating quotes, managing inventory, shipments, and RMAs, and maintaining key dates for quotes, POs, shipments, and RMAs. The analyst will also find efficiencies in sales operations and apply QTI business rules to QGOV operations. Interaction with various departments such as finance, contracts, business development, and sales is essential, as well as interfacing with QCT Sales Operations and Contract Manufacturing. Customer management is a key aspect, requiring the analyst to manage customer accounts through tools like QSales and Oracle, participate in customer calls, and help manage external leads. Additionally, the analyst will assist in transitioning manual processes to an ERP system and maintain QGOV’s Product Catalog.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
  • OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may substitute for up to two years of work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company
  • 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
  • 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization
  • 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales leads and follow up
  • Participate in forecast discussions
  • Lead daily discussions for orders and fulfillment
  • Generate quotes
  • Manage inventory, shipments, and RMAs
  • Maintain key dates for quotes, POs, shipments, and RMAs
  • Find efficiencies in sales operations including order fulfillment and tracking
  • Interface with finance, contracts, business development, and sales departments
  • Interact with QCT Sales Operations and Contract Manufacturing
  • Manage customer accounts using QSales and Oracle
  • Help manage external leads and participate in customer calls
  • Assist in transitioning manual processes to an ERP system
  • Utilize business tools like Oracle and Excel efficiently
  • Help update and maintain QGOV’s Product Catalog
