About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Analyst, Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes and providing strategic insights to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. Position requires to be in San Diego onsite full time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable, although not a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the sales database.
