About The Position

The Ice Cream Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for sales reporting, samples & freezer management, eB2B platform management & reporting, and sales support tasks. This role will focus on sales execution through data management, reporting, and insights generation, driving sales growth through eB2B channels and enabling excellent sales execution via key support tools. This role will work closely with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Analytics
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with Power BI
• Experience with data management, reporting & insight generation via shipment, financial, or retail data sources.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Trade show/external relations experience
• Digital Retail/Omni analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales reporting, including data validation, mapping, user access, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Support shipment data ingestion for sales allocations.
• Own various sales Power BI reporting platforms, including annual refreshes, data validation, user access, and analytics.
• Own ecommerce business to business platform, including item maintenance, order incentive programs design and implementation, shipment reporting and insight generation.
• Lead sales samples and display/Freezer asset management, ensuring sales teams receive the tools they need in a timely manner while ensuring budgets are met.
• Support sales operations needs, including purchase order management, reporting design and implementation, ad-hoc requests from sales leadership team.
