About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of customer and pipeline data within the organization’s CRM. This position combines data governance, stakeholder management, and reporting to drive actionable insights and support business operations. You will partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maintain clean data, enforce CRM standards, and provide timely dashboards for decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process compliance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM management, RevOps, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel or Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive stakeholders, including senior leaders, to meet deadlines and complete required actions.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, professional, and assertive when needed.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and action-oriented mindset, able to identify issues and implement solutions independently.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day data quality in the CRM, including account/contact hygiene, opportunity stages, close dates, and activity logs.
  • Build and manage data validation rules, workflows, picklists, and field definitions to standardize CRM inputs.
  • Perform regular data audits, deduplicate records, and correct inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Partner with IT/Program Management teams to ensure seamless data integrations.
  • Drive follow-through from Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders for timely updates on accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecast, activity, and account health; ensure data is ready for executive meetings.
  • Identify gaps in CRM usage, recommend improvements, and document process changes.
  • Develop and deliver training, quick-reference guides, and periodic refresher sessions to drive adoption and compliance.
