About The Position

The Sales Operations Administrator role is responsible for providing Administrative and Operational support for the Sales Team. This requires the utilization of the various software packages used to manage the Sales quote process through the Sales delivery process of the various products we produce and sell.

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office products.
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a courteous, professional manner, individually or in a group, over the phone or in person.
  • Strong inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication skills; ability to behave assertively and diplomatically to collaborate with a diverse group of people to achieve goals.
  • Ability to effectively use independent judgment and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with gaming industry a plus.
  • Fishbowl software experience a plus.
  • Zoho CRM software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Account Executives with proposals, sales documents, art requests and follow-ups.
  • Process all orders for Sales Account Executive using CRM software.
  • Respond to customer communication by providing information about the progress of sales orders, information about the company products, etc. on behalf of the Account Executive.
  • Function as a primary source in the sales order process to assure orders are complete and fulfilled in a timely manner through communication with Sales, Production, Inventory and Shipping.
  • Maintain order statuses and inform Account Executives of the status of their various orders and requests, as necessary.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls needed to discuss and inform Account Executives and Management team.
  • Assist with on- or off-site demonstrations, trade shows and other presentations as requested.
  • Participate in miscellaneous activities and various special projects as requested to support overall location operations as needed.
  • May assist other employees in achieving their objectives.
  • Take initiative in suggesting new processes and procedures as relative job duties as they are identified.
