About The Position

Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to the sales team and leadership. Develop and maintain sales forecasting models. Assist with sales territory planning and quota setting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes. Identify areas for sales process improvement and propose solutions. Support sales team with data analysis and insights. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and systems. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide support and training to the sales team on sales tools and systems. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Possess these skills: critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data visualization.

  • Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
