About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Sales & Merchandising Manager to focus on managing excess and obsolete inventory. This role is designed for an individual who is entrepreneurially driven and possesses a blend of analytical and sales skills. The Sales & Merchandising Manager will play a crucial role in both creating and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for a highly visible segment of the company. This unique hybrid position encompasses various responsibilities, including eCommerce sales, traditional sales, marketing, inventory management, pricing, and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business segment, from developing a business plan to closing sales across Keystone's extensive customer base. The position requires maintaining and updating various weekly, monthly, and quarterly files, managing E&O pricing, and tracking all sales initiatives. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing marketing plans for target product segments through all wholesale and retail channels, including digital media. Collaboration with the sales management team to provide proposals and implement strategies for sales growth will be essential. Additionally, the Sales & Merchandising Manager will work closely with the sales team to provide marketing proposals, spiffs, and sales campaigns for execution. Outbound sales calls to select E&O customers, new customers, and potential customers will be part of your responsibilities, along with coordinating and supporting selling events at Keystone-sponsored trade shows. The role also includes maintaining and operating the eBay store, ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience for customers.
