About The Position

We are looking for a Merchandiser to set, reset, and maintain product displays in customer stores across assigned Oklahoma markets. This role helps drive sales by making sure merchandise is placed correctly, stores are organized, and displays follow approved planograms. This is a hands-on position for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and represent the company well in the field.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform hands-on merchandising and store reset work
  • Ability to follow planograms, direction, and in-store execution standards
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organization skills and ability to communicate issues and opportunities promptly
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned market
  • Ability to occasionally travel out of town and stay overnight based on company needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Prior merchandising, reset, route sales, grocery, retail, or in-store execution experience
  • Experience working with store fixtures, displays, or planograms
  • Experience working independently in a field-based role

Responsibilities

  • Set and reset merchandise in stores based on approved planograms
  • Update shelf tags, replace worn pegs and channel strips, and maintain merchandising materials and tools
  • Remove discontinued items and place or rearrange new products
  • Assemble, break down, install, and position racks and store fixtures
  • Unload and unpack merchandise in designated store areas
  • Keep work areas clean by removing boxes, trash, and other materials from merchandising activity
  • Communicate store needs, market changes, and issues to the Sales Manager
  • Follow direction from the Set Leader or Sales Manager
  • Use company systems and standard business applications, including email, Word, and Excel
  • Travel to customer locations as needed, including occasional overnight travel
  • Report to work and scheduled business activities on time and complete assignments in a dependable, professional manner
  • Support cross-training and other duties as business needs require
