Join America's Largest Coca-Cola Bottler as a Bulk Account Merchandiser/Sales Merchandiser (BAM) where you will manage your own accounts, focusing on selling products and promotions while showcasing your merchandising skills. This role allows you to be the Coca-Cola subject matter expert for retailers, responsible for all selling, merchandising, and inventory needs. You will execute commercial plans, collaborate with customers, and ensure that all products are presented according to quality guidelines. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores in the Lake City and Kingstree, SC areas.

  • Execute commercial plans to customers on daily, pre-set routes.
  • Utilize communication skills (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
  • Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in stores.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, minimize shrink, and organize back rooms.
  • Build all displays sold locally or through agreements.
  • Provide direction to merchandisers and specialists on days off.
  • Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves.
  • Manage, sell, and execute in an assigned group of customers.
  • Generate sales orders based on assigned delivery frequency.
  • Execute applicable promotions and new products.
  • Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging products.
  • Create and distribute point-of-sale materials.
  • Foster business relationships with store personnel.
  • Identify and communicate competitive issues or market activities.
  • Act as liaison for order refusals and inventory overload.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
