Your Role on the Team Under the direction of the Assistant Director, develop and manage all aspects of the Anteater Recreation Center's Sales and Membership Office including hiring, training and supervising student staff, overseeing all Campus Recreation financial transactions, deposits and payment procedures, manage membership and registration application, and develop customer service programs. Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage ARC membership and Campus Recreation program policies and procedures. Perform analysis and preparation of financial, membership, program and facility utilization, and survey reports utilizing various applications. Develop, monitor and adjust annual operating budget for Campus Recreation Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to provide proof of work authorization

Responsibilities
