Work Location: 901 Deming Way Suite #202, Madison, Wisconsin 53717 Hybrid : In-office: 2 days | Remote: 2 days. Work Schedule: Schedule: 4 days per week within a Monday–Friday schedule . Exact days are determined collaboratively with your manager during onboarding and remain consistent week to week. 8:00am–5:00pm (1hr lunch) 32hrs/week, hourly About the Internship: Our interns partner with our sales and marketing team to help drive high-priority company initiatives and day-to-day operational activities. As an intern, Yahara offers you: 1-1 mentorship and guidance Real-life/direct experience working alongside professionals to support business development and brand growth At the end of the internship, you will have the opportunity to present your experience at a company-wide meeting (Ted-talk style!) Hybrid schedule (2 days in office/2 days remote) Competitive hourly pay Position Overview and Core Responsibilities: This internship is split approximately 50% Sales support and 50% Marketing support, giving you well-rounded exposure to both disciplines. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact real business outcomes. Your existing communication, research, and organizational skills will be expanded through hands-on work that builds a solid foundation for your career in sales support and marketing.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for learning sales processes and marketing strategy
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing or Business -related curriculum with an emphasis in Sales and / or Marketing at an accredited college program (Junior/Senior level; or second year in a two-year program)
  • Will consider recent graduates with a relevant degree.
  • Must be able to work locally in the Madison-based office during core business hours 2 days a week/ 2 days remote for the duration of the internship
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerP oint)
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Experience with AI tools (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) is a plus
