We are seeking driven, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a rewarding career in hospitality sales and marketing. On‑the‑spot interviews may be conducted. Now Hiring for the Following Positions: In‑House Sales Representative Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to qualified guests in a resort setting Build meaningful relationships and understand guest vacation needs Deliver professional, engaging sales presentations Meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Action Line Sales Representative Proactively engage resort guests in high‑traffic locations Generate qualified leads and schedule owner updates and sales appointments Accurately explain Hilton Grand Vacations products and experiences Consistently achieve production and performance goals In‑House Marketing Representative Interact with guests inside the resort to promote Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities Qualify potential guests and generate leads for the sales team Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Meet daily lead and guest engagement targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
