About the position

The Sales/Marketing Specialist will support both our sales and marketing teams. This role bridges key functions across lead generation, sales enablement, and RFP management, helping drive new opportunities and maintain strong brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales and marketing activities, keeping projects and campaigns on track
  • Manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses by coordinating internal stakeholders and leveraging Responsive to streamline submissions
  • Monitor GovSpend to identify new RFP opportunities and assist with proactive outreach planning
  • Maintain and organize up-to-date sales and marketing collateral, proposal content, and case studies
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard responses, templated, and supporting documents to streamline the RFP response process
  • Support trade show planning, event logistics, and post-event follow-ups
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
  • Track and report on sales and marketing metrics, RFP success rates, and campaign performance
  • Support CRM management across HubSpot and Dynamics, ensuring clean data for marketing and sales use
  • Help ensure brand consistency across proposals, communications, and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred or 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or RFP management
  • Familiarity with Responsive or similar RFP management tools, experience using GovSpend or other procurement platforms is a plus
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and sales
